Kristine Ninotschka (Kristine) L. Evangelista has over 20 years of experience in the legal sector, first as a practicing attorney at SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan, and later serving as general counsel in a publicly listed company, before Joining C&G Law.

She started her legal career with SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan in 1999, specialising in commercial and corporate transactions. She joined a publicly listed company in 2008, and served as its general counsel from 2014 until 2017. She is currently the corporate secretary of a public company engaged in beverage manufacturing and distribution, as well as several private companies engaged in marketing and distribution of electronics, materials processing, IT-enabled services, consumer goods distribution, human resource services, and parts and components manufacturing.

Kristine is part of the corporate and commercial practice group of C&G, handling foreign investments, mergers  and acquisitions, infrastructure projects, securities regulation, and corporate governance.
