Katrine (Kat) Paula became a partner of C&G Law in January 2021. She is a key member of the firm’s General Corporate Practice Group, Energy, Construction & Infrastructure Sector Group, and Labour & Immigration Practice Group.
Kat’s practice areas include construction, corporate services, energy, foreign investments, infrastructure, employment, and mergers & acquisitions.
Kat has been cited by The Legal 500 as a Rising Star in corporate and M&A in its 2021 and 2022 publications, and a Next Generation Partner in its 2023 publication.
