Position

Jenny is a senior associate and head of our Housing Management services as part of our Affordable Housing Team.

She has specialist knowledge of social housing management, particularly for Social Landlords including serious antisocial behaviour. As the Information Officer for the team, she regularly writes legal updates for our clients. Jenny also regularly provides in house training and conducts her own advocacy.

Jenny is often in court representing her clients when dealing with anti-social behaviour, disrepair claims and other housing management situations such as:

• Social Housing Fraud
• Injunction and possession claims
• Property and land disputes including adverse possession and Access to Neighbouring Land applications
• Traveller sites

Jenny qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and has developed a specialist knowledge of social housing management where she applies that experience to provide pragmatic advice and representation.

Outside of the office, Jenny is a keen horse rider and regularly competes in dressage competitions. She also runs and swims to keep fit, completing the Great West Run 4 times.
