Career

Saumya Brajmohan is a Partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution team of Solomon & Co. She is registered as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa since 2014. Saumya holds a degree in law from ILS Law College, Pune University wherein she secured 4th Rank in the University of Pune (III BSL, LL.B).

She specializes in arbitration, civil, commercial and insolvency litigation. She regularly appears before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court, City Civil Court as well as various Tribunals including National Company Law Tribunal, RERA, Debt Recovery Tribunals, Arbitral Tribunals and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal. She is also involved in various matters before various Tribunals and Courts outside Mumbai and India.

She is currently involved in a wide array of litigation matters including matters of the writ, commercial suits and arbitrations, testamentary and partition matters, consumer matters, civil suits, company law matters, and insolvency proceedings and has also advised various international clients on the same.
