Katarina is an Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation Department at Taylor Walton.

Career

She has experience in commercial litigation matters, particularly in contractual disputes, professional negligence, debt and insolvency, director and shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, contentious probate matters and property litigation, including TOLATA claims.

Katarina worked and trained in a boutique litigation firm in the City, qualifying in 2014. She then moved out into the Home Counties where she has worked ever since. Katarina has specialised in commercial litigation and dispute resolution since qualification.

Katarina acts for both claimants and defendants and takes instructions on a broad range of commercial disputes. She acts for both individuals and body corporates. She undertakes her own advocacy, where appropriate, and has experience of litigation in the High Court, County Court, Bankruptcy Court and First-tier Property Tribunal. She also has experience of conducting mediation and joint settlement meetings.
