Partner
Timo Stellpflug is partner and member of the Practice Area Projects, Energy & Infrastructure. His main areas of expertise are commercial and contract law, dealing with international technology-based projects in industrial plant engineering and construction and information technology as well as advising on digitisation projects. His major focus pertains to complex logistics projects, where he provides both plant construction law expertise in the field of logistics and supply chain as well as experience in logistics law. Inter alia, he has supported and negotiated fully automated warehouses in the Middle East and Europe as well as cross-dock and complex contract logistics agreements across Europe.Timo’s legal advice covers the entire project life cycle: from drafting and negotiating the relevant contracts to implementation and execution, including the warranty phase. Timo also heads up the Aerospace & Defence industry group of Taylor Wessing Germany.
He gained experience from the corporate perspective in the United States during a client secondment to a large US S&P 500 industrial company, which also intensified his sector and industry knowledge. Timo also has expertise in advising contracting authorities on large-volume procurement projects and represents his clients both in and out of court.
Timo studied law at the and specialized in IT law. Following his first state examination in 2008, he selected training posts in the field of intellectual property including at two leading international law firms. After successfully passing his second state examination in 2010, Timo joined our Hamburg office. Timo was admitted to practice by the Hanseatic Upper Regional Court in Hamburg.
