Martin Heidrich is an expert in restructuring and insolvency law. He advises clients in connection with corporate restructuring and in the insolvency-related area. A special focus of his practice is the support of companies or shareholders in protective shield, self-administration and insolvency plan proceedings. Martin can draw on his long-standing experience as appointed insolvency administrator in the area of business continuation and restructuring. A further focus is on the support of investors and insolvency administrators in company acquisitions from insolvency or crisis. Martin regularly publishes and lectures on insolvency and restructuring topics. He is co-editor of the magazine “Der Sanierungsberater”.
