Teifi supports the team in a variety of corporate and commercial tax matters, including Group Reorganisations, Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate transactions.

Prior to joining the Corporate Tax team, Teifi worked in the Real Estate department in our Exeter office where she gained experience dealing with various property matters including negotiating and completing leases for a wide range of commercial clients, assisting with development site transfers and assisting on property matters for public sector clients.

• Various clients: Assisting the team in a range of comprehensive and varied corporate transactions including corporate reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, as well as advising directors, shareholders and partnerships on corporate law related issues.
• Private company: Assisting on a multi-staged shareholder demerger of a property group
