Commercial investors: Dealing with the acquisition of commercial property and subsequent estate management across England and Wales including drafting and negotiating leases, agreements for lease, licences to assign, licences to underlet and licences to alter.

Local authorities: Assisting with the acquisition of a number of high value freehold investment and regeneration properties in the retail, entertainment, office and light industrial/warehouse sectors and dealing with the subsequent asset management of those properties.

Deep-sea port and logistic park: Assisting with the grant and management of leasehold interests within the port and park and the efficient disposal of commercial property including securing appropriate deeds of release and covenant.

Pension funds: Advising pension funds (specifically Self Invested Personal Pension Schemes (SIPPS)) in all aspects of property acquisition, management and disposal.

Charities: Advising registered and non-registered charities and charitable incorporated organisations on the requirements under the Charities Act relevant to the acquisition and disposal of commercial property as well as leasehold transactions.

Medical bodies: Advising health trusts and clinical commissioning groups on the grant of new and renewal leases and ancillary property management including tenancies at will, licences to occupy and licences to alter.

National housebuilders and registered providers of social housing: Assisting with current and future developments including reporting on title, negotiating infrastructure agreements, development agreements, deeds of variation, contracts and transfers.
