Position
Tom regularly advises on domestic and cross border acquisitions and disposals involving both private and listed companies. His practice includes advising on IPOs and secondary issues (Main Market and AIM) both in London and internationally and advising quoted companies on their obligations to the FCA and the London Stock Exchange.
