Ezio Dal Maso represents owners, lessors, lenders, ECAs and shipbuilders on all aspects of law relating to shipping finance, shipbuilding and sale and purchase of new build projects and second-hand ships. His secondment to the legal department of a leading French investment bank has given him a particular insight into the structuring and execution of complex financing structures for LNG carriers, wind farm service operations vessels, ice-breaker cruise ships and superyachts.
He is a regular contributor to publications and seminars on maritime law and shipping finance. He is ranked as an “Associate to watch” by Chambers and Partners.
Ezio speaks Italian, English and French. He is qualified in England and Wales and admitted to the French (Paris) and Italian (Vicenza) bars.
