Mr. Lu’s practice focuses on high-profile patent and trademark litigation, having represented before the trial and appellate courts as well as the IPO Bureau of Legal Affairs (“BLA”) the Firm’s biggest clients such as Getz Pharma (Philippines), Inc., Innogen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Petron Corporation (“Petron”), and ABS-CBN Corporation (“ABS-CBN”). In particular, as part of Petron’s brand protection program, Mr. Lu successfully secured from the trial court the conviction of one of the foremost violators of Petron’s intellectual property rights.

He is mentioned in The Legal 500: Asia Pacific Guide as a Next Generation Lawyer for Intellectual Property (2018).

Mr. Lu obtained his Bachelor of Arts, major in Management Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2006.  He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of the Philippines in 2012. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2013.
