Sally leads the UK Private Client team and has particular expertise in advising clients to protect and pass on their personal wealth or business interests through inheritance tax mitigation and succession planning. Sally takes pride in the long-standing relationships she has built, in some cases extending across three generations of a client’s family. This depth of connection allows her to provide tailored advice that resonates with the personal and financial nuances of each family’s story.
She has considerable experience in Court of Protection matters including deputyship and statutory will applications, and deals with complex capacity issues in addition to acting as a professional deputy. Sally also advises charities and not for profit organisations on legacy administration and legacy campaign literature.
Sally is ranked in the Hall of Fame for Legal 500 Personal tax, trusts and probate (South East) and noted as practice head for Court of Protection (London). She is a director of the Firms independent Trust Corporation and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
