Career

I advise individuals on lifetime tax planning, asset structuring, Will drafting, and the establishment and administration of trusts, often addressing complex issues that span multiple jurisdictions.

My practice also extends to mental capacity work, which involves preparing and registering powers of attorney, facilitating the recognition of foreign powers of attorney, making applications to the Court of Protection, and providing guidance to deputies and attorneys regarding their duties.

I am a Registered Trusts and Estates Practitioner (TEP) with STEP, the preeminent global professional association for those specialising in family inheritance and succession planning. In a recent initiative, I co-founded the Private Client Special Interest Group within the Association of European Lawyers network. This group aims to connect European legal professionals who advise individual clients, fostering strong working relationships to serve our international client bases better.

If you’re seeking personalised legal guidance in managing your estate, planning for the future, or addressing mental capacity matters, I am here to offer my expertise and ensure your peace of mind.

I am admitted to practise in England and Wales.
