Career

Xiang Gao graduated from Peking University Law School with a LLB degree in 2002, and then obtained a L.L.M. degree from London School of Economics and Political Science in 2004.

Mr. Gao has been a partner of Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2008. Before joining Jingtian & Gongcheng in 2004, Mr. Gao had served in China Resources Land Limited as a legal adviser.

Mr. Gao specializes in the fields of Capital Markets (domestic & overseas), Mergers & Acquisition, Security compliance matters and etc. He has been responsible for a series of projects of corporation restructuring, IPOs, bond issuance and etc.

Mr. Gao obtained the PRC lawyer’s qualification certificate in China.
