Its recent caseload also includes US IPOs, and domestic and overseas bond issuance.  Practice head Zhenhua Xiang splits his time between Beijing and Hangzhou, advising clients on a full range of IPO matters, including pre-IPO financing, project filing, and enquiry issues.
