Career

Lei Wu graduated from Peking University School of Law with Bachelor of Law in1989.

Mr. Wu was a founding partner of Beijing Sanxin Law Firm and worked there from 1991 to 1995. He also worked in Beijing Tianda Law Firm as a lawyer from 1995 to 1996. Mr. Wu joined Jingtian & Gongcheng in 1997 and became a partner in 2001.

Mr. Wu specializes in litigation and arbitration, contract law, corporate law, international sales of goods, IP protection, real estate, as well as legal defense for cases involving economic criminals. His major clients include Aviation Industry Corporation of China, CITIC Trust & Investment Co., Ltd., Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, China Grains and Oils Group Corporation, Shanghai Branch Office of Crédit Lyonnais, Motorola China, etc. The industries involved contain energy, telecommunication, real estate, automobile, medical, financing, etc.

Mr. Wu obtained the PRC lawyer’s qualification certificate 1994. He is member of the All China Lawyers Association.
