Position

Partner and head of the corporate and commercial department. Advises start-ups, lenders and institutional clients, as well as family offices, owner operated businesses and those in the media and entertainment, fashion and retail industries; provides specialist strategic corporate and property finance advice, M&A and joint ventures and has specialist experience on advising on complex partnership issues (in particular LLPs). Chairs the firm’s Social Responsibility Group and works with a number of national and international charities. Acts as non-executive director for several Sport England subsidiaries including the National Sports Trust Council responsible for implementing the media campaign, This Girl Can. Peter is also a trustee of the International Centre for Social Franchising.
