Mark has extensive expertise in the delivery of major projects, with particular focus on the renewable energy, energy, power, infrastructure and resources sectors.
His experience includes advising on a range of project contracts including engineering, procurement and construction contracts, split ‘EPC’ contracts, design and construct contracts, connection agreements, equipment supply contracts, operation and maintenance agreements, alliance agreements, power purchase agreements, off-take agreements and joint venture agreements.
Mark regularly acts for corporate and government clients in relation to the development and financing of a wide range of major infrastructure and construction projects. He acts nationally, and internationally in Asia and Latin America.
Mark partners with clients to develop optimal project structures and practical solutions to meet his clients’ commercial objectives.
