Frances Doherty

Position
Frances is a corporate lawyer specialising in venture and private equity funding, and transactional M&A, in the UK and internationally. She has worked in the growth company ecosystem for more than 20 years and acts as a trusted legal adviser to a large number of technology companies and investors.
