Abigail is an experienced practitioner who specialises in disputes and investigations. She advises corporate and public entity clients on investigations and public inquiries spanning regulatory matters, financial crime, integrity issues and ESG concerns.
Formerly a senior in-house lawyer, Abigail has extensive experience advising on the defence of complex commercial disputes and enforcement actions involving key local regulators and is often engaged to work collaboratively in cross-border mandates.
Abigail has also developed and led the implementation of programs to mitigate compliance and ESG risks and she regularly advises boards and senior leadership teams on best practice in these areas.
