Position

Christine has over 12 years’ experience as a non-contentious construction lawyer.

Christine acts for clients across both the public and private sector.  Her work involves negotiating building contracts, bonds, guarantees, collateral warranties, professional appointments and construction aspects of development agreements and agreements for lease.

Her recent projects experience includes:

  • Advising a developer on a number of high profile city centre developments including the preparation and negotiation of building contracts, appointments, warranties and security documentation;
  • Advising investors in shopping centres and retail parks on their construction projects relating to the operation of and extension to the centres.  In addition advising the investors on the construction elements of the sale of such assets;
  • Acting for a local authority on a large town centre re-development project including retail, cinema and car parks;
  • Advising funders on a variety of construction projects.
