Position

Marcus-Adam is a Principal Associate in the corporate division, advising on mergers and acquisitions, group reorganisations, shareholders’ agreements and share capital reductions.  Marcus-Adam works with a variety of clients including companies based in the UK and overseas.

Career

 

Marcus-Adam completed the LPC with distinction at Nottingham Law School and trained at a regional firm based in Nottingham before qualifying in January 2017.  Marcus-Adam joined Shoosmiths LLP in July 2018

Currently, Marcus-Adam sits on the Nottingham Professional Services (Futures) Committee and is also a past Vice Chair of the Nottinghamshire Junior Lawyers Division
