Position

 

Pavan is a senior associate who specialises in immigration law and is based in our Glasgow office.  Pavan has specialised in immigration law since qualifying as a solicitor in 2013.  Over this time, Pavan has gained a wealth of experience in this field.  This includes advising companies of all sizes in relation to the recruitment of international workers, applying for and maintaining sponsor licences, compliance, carrying out right to work checks and challenging civil penalties. 

Pavan also has significant experience in personal and family immigration matters, from visit visas, spouse visas, ILR and citizenship applications and applications under the EU Settlement Scheme.  Pavan also represents clients at the Immigration Tribunal.
