Shifang Guo also represented Xiaomi in numerous investment projects in its suply and ecological chain, including RoboSense, DataStory, Chiponeic Technology, ACC Optics, HKC and many other renowned companies.

Shifang Guo’s capital market experiences include IPO of Zhaopin, AsiaInfo, Sogou, Mogu, Vision China, Xueda Education, Huayu Expressways, Technovator Technology, Midas Aluminum, Xinchen Power, Molbase, Lvji Technology, Wanka, Ambow Education, RCG Holdings and O-net on the HKSE, NASDAQ and NYSE.
