Career
Linh has been a Partner at VILAF since 2000 (before that he had had 6 years of working experiences for Sinclair Roche & Temperley and Clifford Chance). He has intensive experiences in the corporate, commercial and dispute resolution areas, including construction, insurance, leases, representative offices, contract laws, trading, distribution, and employment matters. He has assisted many foreign investors and financiers in various corporate restructuring transactions and infrastructure projects. Linh has represented clients in a number of landmark litigation and arbitration cases.
Linh has been recommended as a Leading Lawyer by AsiaLaw Leading Lawyers in Dispute Resolution and Litigation for six successive years from 2014. In 2020 and 2021, Asia Business Law Journal lists Linh in the list of Vietnam’s top 100 lawyers. Recently, Linh has been isted in the ALB Disputes Super 50.
Linh is an Arbitrator of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre and a Mediator of the Vietnam Mediation Centre.
