Corinne Parke

Work Department
Family Law
Position
Corinne has been advising clients on family law matters for over 20 years and has particular expertise in applications under the Children Act 1989, complex financial applications upon divorce, and issues involving cohabiting couples. She also regularly advises on the completion of pre-/post-nuptial agreements.
Much of Corinne’s work involves an international element, including relocation of children to another jurisdiction or foreign assets upon divorce.
Corinne frequently works alongside a variety of other professionals including financial advisers, pension specialists and therapists to ensure clients are fully supported during and, perhaps even more essentially, after the case has concluded.
Additionally, Corinne is a collaboratively trained lawyer and an active member of the central London “We Can Work It Out” POD group.
