Tim is a highly experienced solicitor with approaching 40 years’ expertise in advising business owners and wealthy individuals on a wide range of Private Client matters.

Tim specialises in succession planning for complex and multi-generational family businesses. He regularly advises on inheritance tax planning more generally, via wills, the creation, administration and cessation of trusts, and the establishment and administration of powers of attorney.

Career

Tim qualified as a solicitor in 1986. Prior to joining Keystone Law in 2023, he worked more recently as a partner at the following firms:
