Emma is a member of the corporate and commercial team, specialising in providing practical advice on a variety of business issues. She has more than 30 years of experience advising clients on mergers, acquisitions and disposals, on solvent and distressed company re-organisations, on startup requirements including shareholder agreements and LLP deeds and on various business arrangements such as joint ventures, share option schemes and investment agreements.

Career

Emma was elected as the managing partner of her previous firm for three successive terms. She joined Russell-Cooke in November 2020 to further enhance the strength and depth of the corporate and commercial team as well as to develop a strategic project with ground breaking potential to provide online services to clients.
