Sally-Anne leads our employment team and has specialised in employment law for over 12 years.

She has vast experience of advising both employers and employees in a range of sectors regarding all aspects of employment law. This allows Sally-Anne to provide employers with practical and commercially-focussed advice to allow them to make well informed decisions in relation to their employment policies, procedures and practices.

Sally-Anne has an excellent track record of achieving commercial and advantageous resolutions of employment related disputes, avoiding for her clients the costs, management time and inconvenience which is often associated with litigation. However on the occasions when such a resolution does not prove favourable or possible, Sally-Anne can draw on her extensive experience of representing parties at both the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal to ensure that her clients are well represented in those forums.

Sally-Anne can also draw on invaluable experience of guiding employers through organisational change resulting from corporate events such as mergers, acquisitions and restructures to help her clients to effect such transitions as smoothly and efficiency as possible, while ensuing compliance with all statutory and contractual obligations.

Sally-Anne speaks regularly at conferences and seminars and she also provides her clients with bespoke employment law training to empower them to make the best possible business decisions in relation to their employees.
