Career

Rebecca is a highly experienced family law solicitor with a robust background in both financial and child law matters. She is frequently instructed on various aspects of family breakdown, including divorce, separation, cohabitation, and the enforcement of financial orders. Her cases often involve complex financial affairs, for which she regularly engages forensic accountants for business valuations and financial investigations. Rebecca also manages challenging child law cases involving issues such as parental alienation, coercive control, and allegations of abuse. Her role includes representing clients in fact-finding hearings, appeals, and proceedings involving multiple parties. Since 2018, Rebecca has been instrumental in leading the firm’s Birmingham office, and she is also the Managing Partner for Stowe’s West Midlands offices in Solihull, Leamington Spa, and Lichfield.

Rebecca studied Law at the University of Hull and obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the College of Law (Chester). She initially trained and qualified as a commercial litigation solicitor before re-training as a family law specialist.
