Career
Gemma qualified as a solicitor in 2009 after studying Law with Philosophy at Keele University and completing a Master’s in Medical Ethics and Law and a Postgraduate Certificate in Childcare Law and Practice. She began her career at a regional firm in Bedfordshire and Milton Keynes, then practised at a firm covering Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Northamptonshire. Gemma joined Stowe Family Law in 2021 as a Senior Associate and has since become the Team Leader Partner and Head of the Oxford and Banbury offices.

Gemma is a member of Resolution and the Family Mediators Association. She is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in private children and finances. She has served as a committee member for Oxfordshire Resolution. Additionally, Gemma is an elected Governor for the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and a member of their Patient Experience, Membership, and Quality committee.
