Career
David is a specialist family solicitor with over 35 years’ experience. His caseload includes all aspects of financial remedy work specialising in all levels of work, particularly complex high net worth cases.
He is a recognised as a leading expert in prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements. David also has considerable expertise in private children work, including international relocation cases and cases involving child arrangements.
A trained mediator, qualified arbitrator and collaborative lawyer – David is recognised as a leading practitioner in Chambers, since 2009. He is also a member of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL).
Previously, David has been Chair of the London Region of Resolution (2006 -2009) and Chair of the Family Group of Eurojuris . Formerly, Managing Partner and Senior Partner at Ross & Craig from 1992. The firm merged with DMH Stallard in 2015.
