Yael is an experienced specialist who deals with all areas of family law. With 30 years of experience, she is often involved in cases involving complex financial issues arising out of the breakup of a relationship, whether married or cohabiting, as well as issues relating to children . Yael has considerable experience in addressing the impact on both adults and children involved in a relationship breakdown.
Yael is a qualified barrister both in England and in Gibraltar. She is fluent in Spanish and often advises clients on foreign Pre-Nuptial Agreements and their compliance with English law.
Her area of expertise includes drafting and advising on Pre-Nuptial Agreements, Cohabitation Agreements, as well as Deeds of Separation
Yael has a following in England and in Gibraltar, and often deals with other international jurisdictions.
Separating couples who have multiple nationalities and/ or domiciles or reside in different countries may have a choice as to where they divorce and/ or where they resolve the financial arrangements for themselves or their children.
