Zoe is a solicitor in our Corporate & Commercial team in Shrewsbury. She trained with Aaron and Partners and qualified as a solicitor in 2017.

As a highly capable and experienced solicitor, Zoe advises and assists senior members of the team on a variety of domestic and international corporate matters. She is involved in a range of corporate transactions, including the acquisition and sale of businesses, company restructuring, investment and finance work. Zoe is also experienced in drafting shareholders’ agreement, terms and conditions and other commercial agreements.
