Lynda has particular expertise in advising business owners, land owners and high net-worth individuals on organising their estates to minimise exposure to inheritance tax. Lynda also advises on the creation and administration of charitable trusts. As a keen equestrian, Lynda also advises on non-contentious equine related matters, such as loan and livery agreements.

Lynda is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is described by the UK Legal 500 as “excellent – absolutely able, thorough and efficient”.

Education

Lynda qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and is a personal tax and trusts lawyer.
