Shruti Kanodia has around 15 years of experience in Public and Private M&A, PE & VC Transactions, General Corporate Advisory, including Senior Management Employment, SEBI, FEMA and IBC related advisory, Restructuring of businesses, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Data Privacy and Technology Laws, Banking & Finance, NBFC Finance, Debt Recovery, Debt Restructuring, Structured Finance and Security Arrangements.

Before starting Sagus Legal, she was a partner in the corporate transactions team at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, New Delhi. She has previously also worked with S&R Associates, New Delhi.

Shruti is one of the finalists for the ‘Dealmaker of the Year’ by ALB Women in Law Awards, 2023. She has been featured on the list of Future Legal Leaders, 2022 published by IBLJ, and recognized by Economic Times and Femina as a Promising Women Leader of 2022. She was also one of the finalists for the Managing Partner of the Year, India and Middle East by ALB Women in Law Awards, 2021
