Position

Dave Morrison is a commercial solicitor with over 20 years’ experience advising on a wide range of non-contentious commercial contracts.

Dave advises on all aspects of general commercial contracts, from drafting and negotiating complex commercial projects to preparing simple contracts and templates. This includes supply and procurement contracts for goods and services, distribution, agency, outsourcing and even toll manufacturing.

Career

Dave started his career in the London offices of Mayer Brown for over 14 years, leaving as a partner to join DAC Beachcroft then Womble Bond Dickinson before joining Arbor Law.

Personal

Outside of his professional life, Dave enjoys watching sport, walking his two dogs, visiting the cinema, and woodworking.
