Kelly has worked exclusively in family law for the past 17 years, advising HNW and Ultra-HNW clients.
Kelly was a paralegal and then trained as a solicitor under the tutelage of then formidable Raymond Tooth at Sears Tooth. Kelly worked at Sears Tooth for over 13 years undertaking an array of highly complex work, with a number of cases being reported.
Kelly was then a Director at Vardags for two years before deciding to set up her own practice in 2019 and has been growing the firm steadily since.
Kelly is favoured by her clients for her tough, no-nonsense and direct approach and prides herself on giving clear and honest advice from the outset, rather than sugar coating things just to win the client. As a consequence of this, Kelly
often takes on clients from other solicitors where their cases have either been left to meander without progress or have only focused on the court process, rather than exploring ways to find a resolution.
