Avinash has more than 15 years of experience advising offshore and onshore investors and lenders on some of the largest and most sophisticated national and cross border mergers & acquisitions, project development, financing and foreign investment transactions in Indonesia.
Avinash is widely known and well regarded in the power, oil and gas, mining, and infrastructure sectors. He advises Government, IPPs, E&P companies, project developers, lenders and trading houses on the development, monetisation, financing and acquisition of major energy and infrastructure projects in Indonesia.
Avinash’s Indonesian legal knowledge, supplemented with his working knowledge of doing business in Indonesia, allows him to provide expert commercial legal advice to his clients, including simplifying complex Indonesian investment and regulatory issues.
