Jonathan is a Partner in the Corporate department with over 25 years experience working on domestic and cross border transactions in both established and emerging markets. Jonathan has a long-standing client base in public and private M&A, corporate finance, joint ventures, private equity and restructuring. He is a trusted and strategic advisor, whether clients are seeking guidance on legal, commercial or personal matters.

His experience spans a diverse range of sectors including insurance, fintech, financial services, broking and trading, marketing, manufacturing, recruitment, mining and travel.

Jonathan is recognised as a skilled negotiator with an innovative and energetic approach and an in-depth knowledge of his clients’ business requirements. His experience enables him to simplify the complexities in corporate work to complete deals successfully and manage potentially contentious situations.

Jonathan is an Officer of Friends of Seva Mandir UK aiming to empower the poorest people in Rajasthan, so that they can work to change their own lives. As an Officer, Jonathan helps the charity grow its profile in the UK and assists with fundraising.
