Ian is a Partner in the Real Estate department. His experience and expertise is in the purchase, sale, development and letting of large and complex freehold and leasehold, commercial and mixed-use property.
He has developed a particular following amongst the more entrepreneurial and innovative property companies and funds. His clients include AEW, Brookfield, Goldman Sachs, Helical plc, Topland Group and UBS Global Asset Management (UK). Ian is an expert in managing complex financial structuring in property deals.
