Kirpal Kaur is a Partner in our Commercial Real Estate department with expertise in high value commercial transactions and residential development projects. Kirpal acts for a variety of institutional and entrepreneurial clients including Pears Group, AEW Europe, Topland Group, the Hesketh Family and a number of private clients and families.

Kirpal has longstanding international relationships and a sound understanding of the requirements of overseas property investors. She is known for going beyond the call of duty and proactively helps clients with their business objectives through her tenacious and commercial approach. According to the managing director of one of the UK’s largest privately owned property companies, who has worked with Kirpal for more than a decade, she is “incredibly commercial and efficient and has never let us down over the years.”
