Position

Kathryn is a Partner in the Real Estate department, specialising in commercial property. She has a wide range of experience including acquisitions and disposals of investment property, financing and redevelopment work. She also has extensive experience of asset management matters for both landlords and tenants of office, industrial and retail premises.

Kathryn acts for a number of large institutional investors including Brookfield, AEW UK, Topland, UBS and a major US Investment Bank. Examples of recent transactions include leading on all property aspects of a student housing portfolio acquisition for a major US real estate fund valued circa. £410m and managing a portfolio of 38 multi-let properties for a major US Investment Bank (including acquisitions, asset management and disposals).
