‘Highly committed and driven team. Very punchy. They are invariably toe-to-toe with some of the biggest firms out there, in litigation of the highest-stakes. They have a deep understanding of the jurisdictions their international cases relate to, in particular Brazil. A genuinely innovative firm whose rapid growth over the last years has been impressive’.

‘This firm outperforms its rivals. For a relatively new firm, it has deservedly made a name for itself. It embraces the opportunity to take on precedent setting litigation, taking a refreshingly commercial approach to environmental actions. The team is not afraid to take on large multinational corporations to obtain justice for its clients.’

‘No matter who you speak to, the team are friendly and open to anyone. They listen to you and if the individual you speak to can’t help you they ensure that you are followed up very quickly (same day). They have used modern technology to gather information in order to build a more solid case.’

‘Stand out individuals include Pedro Martins, Tómas Mousinho, Marcelo Moura and Jeremy Evans. Pedro Martins – manages large litigation teams brilliantly. Tómas Mousinho – hugely committed to achieving justice for clients. Marcelo Moura – fantastic lawyer who has an ability to explain complex issues of law with simplicity and clarity. Jeremy Evans – a very punchy litigator with a phenomenal work ethic.’

‘The members of the team I have spoken to are very pleasant, and able to pitch their answer to questions at the appropriate level. They are not like some legal firms who try to show off that they speak a different language. They communicate in layman’s terms, but you know they have the right background and understand. You get a very confident feeling from the conversations you have that things will be done. They live up to their promise of getting back to you promptly.’

‘Dedicated team, detail-oriented, persevering.’

‘They are unafraid to take on challenging and game-changing cases. Their attitude in this alone makes them stand out. They have also finessed the art of utilising different specialists, including data teams, mathematicians – whatever skill is required to perfect the case and give the clients the best service. They are ambitious, driven, commercial, and strategic, ensuring the best results for clients.’
