Laurie has been a lawyer at Davids Advocaten since 2015, and works in the restructuring and bankruptcy practice. She assists companies and their directors with financial and legal problems; guides companies and stakeholders through reorganisations, restarts and (the preliminary phase of) suspensions of payments and bankruptcies; and works on a wide range of disputes between shareholders and company partners.
The courts regularly appoint Laurie as trustee in bankruptcies and over the years she has been involved in over 50 bankruptcy cases. Laurie is also involved as a lawyer in bankruptcies, representing Davids Advocaten colleagues who have been appointed bankruptcy trustee.
