Position
Caroline has extensive experience of acting for corporate occupiers, developers and landowners and advises on a full range of complex commercial property matters. Caroline has a particular expertise in acting for charities and has been advising the consortia of institutions at the Norwich Research Park on the development of their world leading science park. She also regularly acts for large corporate clients including Norwich City Football Club, Anglian Windows, Wood Group and Archant , dealing with their real estate portfolios and has extensive experience in the retail sector.
She also acts for numerous landowner clients bringing forward land for development, both for residential and commercial new builds, including dealing with promotion agreements, joint ventures and collaborations as well as the more traditional options and conditional sale agreements.
Caroline also continues to act for landowners in the minerals and waste sector.
