Renata Homem de Melo leads the Corporate and M&A practice at FAS Advogados. With over 25 years of experience, she has successfully completed more than 200 transactions throughout her career. Renata represents both national and foreign private and public companies, as well as private equity and venture capital funds, in a wide range of corporate matters.
In the realm of corporate law, she also has extensive experience across various business sectors, assisting clients with business structuring, planning, and the development and enhancement of corporate governance systems.
