Paul has nearly two decades of experience in IP litigation, with the majority of his experience focused on Section 337 litigation at the U.S. International Trade Commission. Paul began his career as a patent-litigation associate at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP, where he worked from 2002-2007. Thereafter, Paul worked in the Office of General Counsel at the ITC, where he became an expert in Section 337 law, regulations, and procedure. Paul left the ITC in 2011 and joined Adduci, Mastriani & Schaumberg, where he worked until January 2021, when he founded Bartkowski PLLC.
