The corporate and M&A practice at Pérez Correa González specialises in assisting both local and multinational corporations, financial institutions, investment funds and tech enterprises with complex corporate transactions. Particular areas of expertise for the group include the provision of corporate governance and regulatory compliance advice, as well as the negotiation of contracts. The practice is co-led by Luis González, whose broad practice takes in private equity, venture capital, M&A, corporate matters and real estate law; and Fernando Eraña, who has experience advising both buyers and sellers in M&A transactions. Younger partner Omar Aguilar M focuses on M&A and corporate governance.
